Doors open at 8:00am
There is no cafeteria available but there is lots of space around the courts in the sportsdome to eat your food
Water bottle refill station is located just outside the dome and a 2nd one in is located in the Fieldhouse
No potlucks allowed but athletes can bring in their own personal “brown bag” lunches
There are no changerooms available
There is public Wifi
There is spectator seating available
Spectators can bring their own non marking chairs if they like
Please use the Fieldhouse entrance
General OVA Venue Rules:
No plugin appliances allowed
Respect restricted access areas
No volleyballs outside of the gym
Please clean up your bench area after each match
Specific venue rules/additional notes:
Never open emergency dome doors. Wheelchair/other access must be coordinated with staff to assist with proper operation of dome emergency doors.
No access to the main Fieldhouse gym upstairs permitted
Tournament Info for 15U Girls Provincial Cup - Trillium White D
• Each team will be required to provide one athlete per match to act in the role of line judge, and one volunteer per match to act in the role of scorer/assistant scorer.
o Please see section 6.19 of the Youth Competitions Manual for the full policy
• Results are only tracked on www.timu.ca/ova
• There is a 25-minute lunch break upon completion of pool play. The 25-minute lunch break does not start until all pool play matches are complete on all courts.
• Warm-up protocol will start immediately after the completion of the previous match.
o Primary (8-4-4) for all teams’ first match of the day
o Secondary (2-4-4) for all remaining tournament matches
• REMINDER: Teams are responsible for bringing their own medical supplies for the event.
• Tie-breaking procedures for pool play ranking can be found in section 5.7 of the Youth Competitions Manual.
• The following re-alignment will occur for the 15U Girls Challenge Cup:
o The 1st-4th Place teams from each Select event will be placed in the Premier division.
o The 9th Place team from each Select event will be placed in the Championship division.
o The 1st Place team from each Championship event will be placed in the Select division.
o The 7th-9th Place teams from each Championship event will be placed in the Trillium White division.
o The 1st Place team from each Trillium White event will be placed in the Championship division.
o The 7th-9th Place teams from each Trillium White event will be placed in the Trillium Green division.
o The 1st Place team from each Trillium Green event will be placed in the Trillium White division.
