Doors open at 7:00am
Private team rooms are available to rent through CGP directly; contact Dan Gambin at dgambin@canadagamespark.ca if you are interested. Everyone is welcome to eat in any of the shared public areas on the ground level of the facility, outside of the court area
Water fountains and water refill stations are available
Potlucks are permitted. There is a cafe/concession option open during the day as well
Changing rooms are available
There is public wifi
There is spectator seating available. Spectators are not required to bring their own chairs
There is no fee for parking and ample parking is available. The main entrance is on the south side of the building by the parking lot
General OVA Venue Rules:
No plugin appliances allowed
Respect restricted access areas
Athletes and spectators are to remain on the main level; the walking track is absolutely OFF limits
No event participants are allowed on the second level except to access a rented private team room or to access the washroom facilities
No volleyballs outside of the gym
Please clean up your bench area after each match
No food or drink other than water in the gym
Only fully sealed water bottles/drinks allowed on the courts (cups with straws not permitted)

Scoring table will be on main floor in between court 2 and 3. Please see them for any information on the venue, scoring info and TIMU app information
CGP does not provide ice or first aid support for injuries

Tournament Info for 15U Girls Provincial Cup - Trillium Green C
• Each team will be required to provide one athlete per match to act in the role of line judge, and one volunteer per match to act in the role of scorer/assistant scorer.
o Please see section 6.19 of the Youth Competitions Manual for the full policy
• Results are only tracked on www.timu.ca/ova
• There is a 25-minute lunch break upon completion of pool play. The 25-minute lunch break does not start until all pool play matches are complete on all courts.
• Warm-up protocol will start immediately after the completion of the previous match.
o Primary (8-4-4) for all teams’ first match of the day
o Secondary (2-4-4) for all remaining tournament matches
• REMINDER: Teams are responsible for bringing their own medical supplies for the event.
• Tie-breaking procedures for pool play ranking can be found in section 5.7 of the Youth Competitions Manual.
• The following re-alignment will occur for the 15U Girls Challenge Cup:
o The 1st-4th Place teams from each Select event will be placed in the Premier division.
o The 9th Place team from each Select event will be placed in the Championship division.
o The 1st Place team from each Championship event will be placed in the Select division.
o The 7th-9th Place teams from each Championship event will be placed in the Trillium White division.
o The 1st Place team from each Trillium White event will be placed in the Championship division.
o The 7th-9th Place teams from each Trillium White event will be placed in the Trillium Green division.
o The 1st Place team from each Trillium Green event will be placed in the Trillium White division.
