a. Participants must stay within permitted areas only (Gym, Cafeteria and Foyer) as well as only use the washrooms in the gym
b. No one should be going to the 2nd floor; or the hallways on the opposite side of the gym; or any stairwells
c. There must be no ball use outside of the gym - this includes no bouncing of balls; no throwing of balls in the foyer or halls.
d. There must be no running in the halls or foyer
e. All chairs must remain in the cafeteria.
f. The OVA has been warned three times now from the permit board in regard to people not listening to the above rules. The permit board will be removing our permit if the above rules are not respected.

Tournament Info for 15U Girls Provincial Cup - Trillium Green H
• Each team will be required to provide one athlete per match to act in the role of line judge, and one volunteer per match to act in the role of scorer/assistant scorer.
o Please see section 6.19 of the Youth Competitions Manual for the full policy
• Results are only tracked on www.timu.ca/ova
• There is a 25-minute lunch break upon completion of pool play. The 25-minute lunch break does not start until all pool play matches are complete on all courts.
• Warm-up protocol will start immediately after the completion of the previous match.
o Primary (8-4-4) for all teams’ first match of the day
o Secondary (2-4-4) for all remaining tournament matches
• REMINDER: Teams are responsible for bringing their own medical supplies for the event.
• Tie-breaking procedures for pool play ranking can be found in section 5.7 of the Youth Competitions Manual.
• The following re-alignment will occur for the 15U Girls Challenge Cup:
o The 1st-4th Place teams from each Select event will be placed in the Premier division.
o The 9th Place team from each Select event will be placed in the Championship division.
o The 1st Place team from each Championship event will be placed in the Select division.
o The 7th-9th Place teams from each Championship event will be placed in the Trillium White division.
o The 1st Place team from each Trillium White event will be placed in the Championship division.
o The 7th-9th Place teams from each Trillium White event will be placed in the Trillium Green division.
o The 1st Place team from each Trillium Green event will be placed in the Trillium White division.
