There is a space for teams to eat upstairs

There is a water fountain on site

Teams are allowed to setup potlucks

There are changing rooms available

There is public wife (City of Stratford)

Lots of spectator seating

Spectators can bring in their own gym friendly chairs

Entrance is the last building in the complex (past 2 rinks)

General OVA Venue Rules:

No plugin appliances allowed

Respect restricted access areas

No volleyballs outside of the gym

Please clean up your bench area after each match

No food or drink other than water in the gym

Specific venue rules/additional notes:

Farmers Market open Saturdays until noon

Viewing lounge above court #1, plus bleachers on all courts

Team lunch room upstairs
Tournament Info for 6v6 Boys Challenge Cup - Trillium A
Teams are required to provide 1 parent/spectator volunteer to line and 1 parent/spectator volunteer to score keep each match.

Seeding was done with the Provincial Cup Rankings.

The Challenge Cup will feature a traditional OVA tournament format with playoffs, medals and points awarded.

Realignment will take place with the 7th – 9 th place teams from Championship moving to Trillium and the first place Trillium teams moving to Championship.

Results are only tracked on timu.ca/ova for this event.

Top performing teams

25min lunch break upon completion of pool play. The 25min lunch break does not start until the final pool play match is complete across all courts.

Warm-up protocol will start immediately after the completion of the previous match.

Primary (8-4-4) for all teams first match of the day.

Secondary (2-4-4) for all other matches within the tournament.

Reminder: Teams are responsible for bringing their own medical supplies for the event.
