Tournament Info for 18U Girls Bugarski Cup - Trillium White C
• Each team will be required to provide one athlete per match to act in the role of line judge, and one volunteer per match to act in the role of scorer/assistant scorer. Please see section 6.19 of the Youth Competitions Manual for the full policy.
• Results are only tracked on timu.ca/ova for this event.
• Warm-up protocol will start 16min prior to the start of a team’s first match of the day and 10min prior for all other matches in the day. Warm-up protocol will start immediately following the previous match if the court is running behind.
o Primary (8-4-4) for all teams first match of the day
o Secondary (2-4-4) for all other matches within the tournament
• Tie breaking procedures for pool play ranking can be found in section 5.7 of the Youth Competitions Manual.
• The Ontario Championship seeding will be based on average points from a team’s top 2 finishes. The final regular season rankings (Bugarski Cup Rankings) will be used to break any ties in seeding.
• The venue information/rules for this event can be found by clicking on the menu tab (3 bars on top left of screen) and then on “Venue Info”.
• Each team is responsible to bring their own medical supplies (i.e., instant ice packs, band aids, tape, etc.). The venue or host will not have these supplies for teams. Only the Ontario Championships and Convention Centre Events (aka EY Centre and Niagara Falls Convention Centre) will have first aid on site for teams to access.
